The floral motif
Floral motifs are one of the most common on our ties: if you’re looking for sobriety, opt for a micro-pattern in sober colors. And vice versa if you want a flashy model (to be balanced with a more sober shirt and suit).
A sure thing in floral ties: the motifs here are slightly darker on the long side than on the short side. It’s hard to say whether this was a printing fault or deliberate, but it’s very subtle and provides a discreet contrast, leaving (as it should) the small panel visible.
