The floral motif
Floral motifs are one of the most common on our ties: if you’re looking for sobriety, opt for a micro-pattern in sober colors. And vice versa if you want a flashy model (to be balanced with a more sober shirt and suit).
With a sharp pattern and bright colors, this tie is best paired with a plain suit, preferably navy blue (gray would be too austere). Here, the brown pinstripe suit is not, in hindsight, the best combination.
