The floral motif
Floral motifs are one of the most common on our ties: if you’re looking for sobriety, opt for a micro-pattern in sober colors. And vice versa if you want a flashy model (to be balanced with a more sober shirt and suit).
This floral pattern is a little out of the ordinary and not exactly easy to wear. I recommend wearing it with a patterned shirt (at least fine stripes) and a lightly textured jacket or suit to keep the rest of the outfit balanced.
