The floral motif
Floral motifs are one of the most common on our ties: if you’re looking for sobriety, opt for a micro-pattern in sober colors. And vice versa if you want a flashy model (to be balanced with a more sober shirt and suit).
Here, the color contrast works well: the yellow background makes it easy to wear with most of your blue suits.
