Request a return
You have 30 days to return your order: return postage is free .
To avoid wasting paper, the return slip is not automatically supplied with your order.
Here’s how to get it:
1/ Use the form below to request your return slip, stating your name and order number.
2/ Within 24 hours, you will receive a return slip by e-mail (check your spam folder if you don’t: it’s sent by BOXTAL).
3/ Insert the return slip in your parcel and affix the Mondial Relay transport label received by e-mail to your parcel (except for other zones).
4/ Drop off your parcel at the Mondial Relay point of your choice
5/ You will receive your refund within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of your return, once it has been checked.
Obviously, items must be unworn, unwashed and undeteriorated.
PS: There’s nothing wrong with making a large order when you’re undecided so you can try on several ties and send us back the ones that don’t fit. That’s what service is for. But be polite enough to avoid ordering ten and keeping just one. We’re not Amazon either 🙂
